Pupil Wellbeing Workshops Built Around Movement
Support pupil wellbeing through active, practical sessions that help young people manage challenge, build resilience and feel better in themselves. Mini Warriors wellbeing workshops combine movement, teamwork and positive coaching in a format pupils can engage with.

Wellbeing Pupils Can Feel
Wellbeing work does not always need to happen at a desk. Physical activity gives pupils a direct way to experience confidence, stress release, teamwork and resilience. Our workshops use movement as the starting point, then build in simple messages around effort, self-belief, communication and supporting others. Sessions are active, inclusive and adaptable for different age groups.

Meet our master instructor
Safety, professionalism, and legitimacy are paramount at our school workshops, and Dean's credentials attest to this. When you work with Mini Warriors, you're working with an experienced instructor with over 24 years experience, with full liability insurance, covered up to £5,000,000.
Dean also holds a full enhanced DBS certificate, with access to the update service. This makes him not just a trusted fitness leader but also a reliable guide for the young people in his care.
Even so, accidents are unlikely to happen, but if they do, Dean is FREC level 3 first aid trained — equipped to respond promptly and effectively to any emergency.
