Reward Day Activities With Energy, Purpose and Fun
Celebrate pupil effort with active sessions that feel exciting without losing structure. Mini Warriors reward day and end-of-term activities combine teamwork, fitness games and challenge in a format pupils enjoy and schools can manage easily.

A Reward That Still Supports Positive Outcomes
Reward days should feel special, but they can also support confidence, teamwork and school culture. Our sessions give pupils a memorable active experience while keeping the day organised and purposeful.
We can deliver sessions for selected groups, year groups or a rotating timetable across the day. Activities are inclusive, energetic and adaptable to your space.
Benefits for Your School
Curriculum Support: Adds a structured, active option to your reward day or end-of-term programme.
Low-Admin Delivery: We handle the planning and equipment — one less thing for staff to organise.
Inclusive Sessions: Every pupil can take part and be recognised, whatever their sporting ability.
Memorable Experience: Works well as an end-of-term or post-exam treat pupils look forward to.

What Pupils Gain
Physical Confidence: A fun, low-pressure way for pupils to feel good about taking part.
Teamwork: Group challenges bring pupils together to celebrate the end of term.
Resilience: Recognises effort and participation, not just results.
Positive Movement: A positive memory of school achievement that pupils take away with them.

Meet our master instructor
Safety, professionalism, and legitimacy are paramount at our school workshops, and Dean's credentials attest to this. When you work with Mini Warriors, you're working with an experienced instructor with over 24 years experience, with full liability insurance, covered up to £5,000,000.
Dean also holds a full enhanced DBS certificate, with access to the update service. This makes him not just a trusted fitness leader but also a reliable guide for the young people in his care.
Even so, accidents are unlikely to happen, but if they do, Dean is FREC level 3 first aid trained — equipped to respond promptly and effectively to any emergency.
