Team Building for Pupils That Gets Everyone Involved
Help pupils communicate, collaborate and encourage each other through active team challenges. Mini Warriors pupil team building sessions are practical, energetic and designed to build confidence across the whole group.

Teamwork Through Shared Challenge
Pupils learn teamwork best when they have to practise it. Our sessions use physical challenges, group tasks and problem-solving activities to help pupils listen, lead, support and adapt. The aim is not to find the fastest or strongest pupil. The aim is to help the group work better together and discover the value each pupil brings.
Benefits for Your School
Curriculum Support: Supports PSHE and citizenship goals around teamwork and communication.
Low-Admin Delivery: We bring the activities and equipment — nothing extra for staff to plan.
Inclusive Sessions: Every pupil can contribute, whatever their confidence level.
Memorable Experience: Works well for new classes, year groups or school councils getting to know each other.

What Pupils Gain
Physical Confidence: Active challenges that build pupils' confidence in themselves.
Teamwork: Better listening, communication and confidence to lead or contribute.
Resilience: Encourages pupils to keep trying and trust their classmates when a challenge is hard.
Positive Movement: A shared experience of success that pupils enjoy and remember.

Meet our master instructor
Safety, professionalism, and legitimacy are paramount at our school workshops, and Dean's credentials attest to this. When you work with Mini Warriors, you're working with an experienced instructor with over 24 years experience, with full liability insurance, covered up to £5,000,000.
Dean also holds a full enhanced DBS certificate, with access to the update service. This makes him not just a trusted fitness leader but also a reliable guide for the young people in his care.
Even so, accidents are unlikely to happen, but if they do, Dean is FREC level 3 first aid trained — equipped to respond promptly and effectively to any emergency.
